Set up your practice profile

Add your sign-off, logo, brand color, and voice so every note, letter, and summary carries your practice's identity.

Why it matters

A few minutes in Settings means letters go out on your letterhead, summaries are signed correctly, and notes read in your phrasing — so there's far less to edit later.

  1. Add your sign-off: In Settings, enter your name and credentials. This signs your letters and patient summaries.
  2. Upload your logo: In Settings → branding. Your logo appears on letterhead and patient-facing pages.
  3. Pick your brand color: Also in Settings → branding.
  4. Tune your voice: In Settings → voice. Chairside learns the phrasing, length, and format you prefer so drafts read like you wrote them.

Sign-off and voice apply per clinician, so each provider signs and sounds like themselves even in a shared practice.
