Review, edit, and sign the note
Every draft is yours to check. Read it against the citations, edit anything, and sign — nothing files on its own.
Open the encounter
Open the encounter to see the transcript alongside the AI note, referral letter, and patient summary — with citations anchoring each claim back to the transcript.
- Read the draft against its citations: Every clinical statement links to the moment in the transcript it came from. Follow the ones that matter.
- Edit anything: The note is a normal editor — fix, add, or cut.
- Sign: Signing marks the note final under your name and credentials.
Chairside drafts; you decide. A note is never filed to the chart until you sign it.
