Open the encounter to see the transcript alongside the AI note, referral letter, and patient summary — with citations anchoring each claim back to the transcript.

  1. Read the draft against its citations: Every clinical statement links to the moment in the transcript it came from. Follow the ones that matter.
  2. Edit anything: The note is a normal editor — fix, add, or cut.
  3. Sign: Signing marks the note final under your name and credentials.
