Chairside learns the phrasing, length, and format you prefer. Set it once in Settings → voice and every new draft starts closer to done.

Custom note templates

Beyond standard frameworks like SOAP, your practice can define its own note templates. New notes render in the template you choose.

  1. Set your voice: In Settings → voice, choose your default length and format.
  2. Pick a note template: Use SOAP or one of your clinic's custom templates as the default.
  3. Refine as you edit: The more your edits reflect your style, the closer the next draft starts.

Templates shape how a note is organized on screen so it reads the way your practice expects.
