  • Upload an audio file you recorded elsewhere.
  • Paste or type a transcript.
  1. Start a new encounter: From My day or Encounters, choose New encounter.
  2. Add the visit: Record live, upload an audio file, or paste a transcript.
  3. Analyze: Chairside drafts the clinical note, referral letter, and patient summary together, each cited back to the transcript.

A live recording and a pasted transcript produce the same drafts — use whichever fits the operatory.
